Are the flowers fresh? Our flowers are sourced from within 400 miles of New York City so they are as fresh as they come. We send the orders to local farmers, they cut only as much as we need and send it to us the next day. We clean them, arrange them and you receive them a day later.
How long will my flowers last? Most local flowers last 5-7 days depending on the flower and the conditions they are kept in. However, some will last up to 14 days when taken care of.
What should I do to take care of my flowers? The best way to get the longest life from your bouquet is to take the flowers out of the milk bottle and change the water daily, and keep them off the radiator and out of the sun. You can go the extra mile and even give the stems a trim to ensure the longest life. Also, a research study was done and if you put your flowers in the refrigerator at night, you can get even more days.
What are my delivery time options? We currently deliver flowers on the first and third Thursday of each month. You can choose if you want the delivery to arrive between 9am–2pm or 5pm–9pm.
When will I receive my first delivery? If you placed your order by Friday, you will receive flowers the following Thursday.
What is included in my subscription? You receive a hand tied bouquet in our custom milk bottle (you are welcome to keep the bottle, reuse it, or even return it to your Flowermen). On the bottle, our magnetic golden clips are used to attach our signature Milk Life Card, an inspiring reminder to always live your truth and do what makes you happy.
How are the flowers delivered? We use walking couriers to deliver our bouquets. This way we can make certain that the flowers are not damaged during transport. We call them our Flowermen.
My flowers haven’t arrived, or my order is damaged. What can I do? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you out. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 646-878-6140.
Does someone need to be present to accept my delivery? It’s suggested that someone can receive your delivery, as it is a fragile item. If you instruct us during your order, we can leave it in a safe location for you. However, we will not leave the flowers in an extreme weather conditions.
How much does the service cost? Our subscription price is $35/week for one arrangement and $70/week for two arrangements.
When will I be charged for my delivery? For your first delivery, you will be charged at the time you place your order. After that, you will be charged every Friday.
I’d to skip, pause, or change my delivery schedule. How do I do this? You can access all of this information on you Account page. Orders lock in the Friday before our delivery day, so make sure you make your selection prior to this deadline.
